Book Your Kayak Trip

To book your kayak trip the first thing you need to do is make sure you have scheduled your trip date by going to the contact us page and filling in the form to let us know what date you would like to book your trip. We fill up fast so this is a very important step.

The next step is to pay your deposit by selecting the trip you want to take and then click the payment method you would like to use to send in your trip deposit.

If you would like to pay for your trip in full please contact us so we can send you an invoice.

If you prefer to pay the remainder of your trip the day of then we can accept credit card payment at the time of your trip.

    • Shoes for Island exploring (full fitting water shoes)

Our Policy

Reservations

All reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. For short notice reservations, please contact Dave by phone,
321-802-1056. All reservations require a deposit due at the time of reservation. We accept cash, PayPal. The remainder of the balance is due by cash or PayPal prior to launch of your trip

Cancellation

All moneys paid in advance for a reservation will be returned to you should you cancel your trip at least 7 days prior to the start of your scheduled trip. Cancellations made by you within 7 days of a scheduled trip will forfeit the deposit. Late arrivals (after 1 hour of scheduled trip) and “No shows” forfeit their deposit

Bad Weather Policy

Unless you hear otherwise from Dave, he will be at the launch location at your reserved time. Dave will contact you if the weather will impact your trip. This is Florida, weather can change suddenly or be locally isolated, just because it’s raining by you doesn’t mean it’s raining by the launch or planned route. Should threatening weather (thunder, lightning, high winds) force us to cancel the trip (final decision is made by Living Waters Kayaking Adventures), we will make every effort to give you priority for rescheduling another outing, otherwise, please allow up to 72 hours for refunds to be issued

Liability Disclosure

A Liability Disclosure agreement with signatures is required by everyone on the trip
